How we use personal data

This notice explains how t-h.io uses personal data. We use personal data to provide the site, manage accounts, keep the service secure, and respond to privacy requests.

If you create an account, we use the name, email address and password you provide. We also use session and authentication data needed to keep signed-in areas working securely.

If you choose to allow preference storage, we store your theme choice on your device so the site can remember it on future visits.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are contract, legitimate interests, and consent where you choose optional preference storage.

We keep account data for as long as your account remains active. We may keep limited technical and security records for as long as reasonably necessary for operational and security purposes.

Tom Healy is the data controller for this site.
